Refund Policy

At Printealo305, every phone case is printed especially for you based on the design or image you upload to our website. For this reason, all our products are custom-made and not eligible for returns or refunds, except in the cases described below.

1. Defective or damaged products

We only accept returns or offer reprints in the following situations:

  • The product arrives physically damaged (cracked, broken, or with manufacturing defects).

  • The print shows obvious quality issues caused by our production process (for example, blurry printing, stains, or incorrect colors that don’t match the submitted file).

 

In these cases, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery, attaching clear photos of the received product and the defect.

Once the issue is verified, we will:

Reprint and resend the product at no additional cost, or Issue a full refund, depending on the situation.

2. Cases not eligible for return or refund

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds in the following situations:

  • The image or design provided by the customer is low-resolution, pixelated, or poor quality.

  • The design does not fit correctly within the printable area of the case due to the cropping or proportions of the uploaded image.

  • Spelling mistakes, names, or text errors supplied by the customer.

  • Change of mind or personal preference after purchase.

  • Incorrect phone model or size selected by the customer.

3. How to request a review or reprint

If you believe your order has a defect caused by our process, please contact our support team:

Include the following information in your message:

  1. Order number.

  2. Photos of the received product clearly showing the defect.

  3. A brief description of the issue.

 

We’ll review your case and respond within 3 business days.

Important Note

Each order is printed on demand using the files you provide. We strongly recommend reviewing your design carefully before confirming your purchase — check that your image has good resolution, correct framing, and matches the selected phone model.
